You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and all activity that occurs under it. Only one (1) account is permitted per individual.

You are granted a limited, revocable license to access and use King of the Cruise Offerings for personal, non-commercial use. You may not reproduce, modify, or use automated tools to access or scrape data from the Website. Your right to use the Offerings is non-transferable.
9. Proprietary Rights
All content and materials related to the Offerings are the property of King of the Cruise and protected by copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws. Unauthorized use is prohibited.

13. Limitation of Liability
KING OF THE CRUISE IS NOT LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED FIVE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($500.00). THIS LIMITATION IS A FUNDAMENTAL PART OF OUR AGREEMENT WITH YOU.

This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of New Jersey. Disputes must be resolved by arbitration in your county of residence. Before arbitration, you must complete an Initial Dispute Notice.
If arbitration results in a reward greater than our final offer, we will pay associated costs and reasonable legal fees. You may not join class action lawsuits. You may opt-out of arbitration by written notice within 30 days of first accessing the Website.
18. Miscellaneous
If any provision is held invalid, it shall be replaced with a valid provision that most closely matches the intent, and the remainder shall remain in effect. Our failure to enforce any term is not a waiver. If there’s a conflict between these Terms and Official Contest Rules, the latter shall govern for the Promotion involved.
